Generous Donation from Minus 40 (Pty) Ltd

Refrigeration is an important component of medical research. Steve Davison, Director of Minus 40 (Pty) Ltd, a specialised refrigeration company, has donated four vaccine refrigerators worth more than R100,000 to the DTHF.   Pharmacist, Nicola Killa and Peter Hurst, Marketing Director Minus 40, shake hands in front of one of the the new fridges in the Clinical Trials Unit, with Professor Linda-Gail Bekker, DTHF Chief of Operations.

The DTHF is extremely grateful for this donation that will replace aging equipment.   The fridges, 2 x 200litre and 2 x 90litre in capacity, will increase the efficiency of the pharmacies at our sites and ultimately benefit communities vulnerable to HIV and TB.    Minus 40 manufacture a range of refrigeration equipment.  We are delighted the DTHF has been selected as their corporate social investment partner and look forward to an ongoing mutually rewarding relationship.
